6TH BEAD SOUP BLOG PARTY

3RD REVEAL - BEAD SOUP BLOG PARTY

It has been a great experience participating in my first bead soup blog party sponsored by Lori Anderson.  Over 400 participated from all over the world in this blog party and I am still in awe - so many beautiful pieces of jewelry created.  There have been two reveals thus far with this reveal being the last one for this BSBP.

My bead soup partner, Heidi Kingman sent me the most beautiful assortment of semi-precious stones with a beautiful birds nest focal and clasp.  I tried to incorporate as many of the stones and findings as possible,    Heidi sent a generous amount of the most amazing stones.  I will have lots of fun making many more pieces of jewelry with the remainder of the bead soup.

This is the bead soup Heidi sent me

And this is what I created

Kyanite/sterling silver earrings

Fire Agate, leopard jasper, brass birds, copper/sterling silver clasp - Bracelet

copper/sterling silver focal birds nest, amazonite eggs, multi quartzite eggs grossular garnet,
smoky quartz necklace with resin pendant, fiber, etched copper and sterling chain.

  3. OMGosh -- I love them! They are all so pretty! That is really cool how you wrapped the kyanite in the earrings. Very innovative! The bracelet looks beautiful and like it would be fun to wear with those birds coming together like that -- so sweet. And the necklace? A stunner!! Truly a piece of art. :)
